A NOTE FROM CAM

As an athlete, I have been blessed with the physical abilities and opportunities to excel in various sports. However, I firmly believe that with this privilege comes a responsibility to give back to my community. My mission statement is to use my passion for athletics as a means to positively impact those around me and make a difference in my community. Whether it be through volunteering at local sports programs, organizing charity events, or simply being a role model to younger athletes,

I am dedicated to using my platform as an athlete to give back. I believe that sports have the power to bring people together, break down barriers, and create a sense of unity within a community. By utilizing my skills and love for athletics, I aim to bring about positive change and make a lasting impact on those in need. Giving back to my community through athletics is not just a one-time act, but a continuous journey that I am committed to for the long haul. I am grateful for the opportunities that sports have provided me, and it is my mission to pay it forward and give back to my community through the powerful medium of athletics.

I understand that participation in the youth football camp involves physical activity and inherent risks. I agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the camp and waive any liability against the camp organizers, coaches, and volunteers for any injury, illness, or damages that may result from participation in the camp activities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the camp organizers, coaches, and volunteers for any claims or damages that may arise out of my child's participation in the camp activities.

I give my consent for my child to participate in the youth football camp and certify that he/she is in good health and able to participate in the activities.
